How to deal with problems that hasn¡¯t been solved?
Some problems have been solved, how to deal with the record that is marked uncomplete?
1.Enter CRM client relationship system>>Job Management>>Job Record interface.

2. Cancel click Handle, press ¡®Handling Record¡¯ to enter uncompleted problem interface.

3.Select job record that is completed.
4.Press ¡®Hooked¡¯ to hook up the uncompleted problems.
