How to set order code generation way in Server Different company has different generation way of order code, in ERP Server, user can set order code generation way and opening code of order 1. Double click [Nuclearsoft ERP Server] -> Input administrator account and password->Login in->Main Setting->All companieds 2. General Data-> Select company name that needs to be set (Only one company can enter [System setting] directly) 3. Press [System Setting]->[Modify] Set generation way of order code, take quotation for example: Q(YYMMDD)-[4,12/01] Q-fixed display, it can be changed to be other character, but user can not user special mark (YYMMDD)-date format, for example, the current date is 2014/12/13, then the order code will displays as 141231, user can also change the format to be other format, but should keep () [4,12/01]-4 it means 4 flow number, user can also change to be other number. 12/01 means the flow number will be changed once a year, user can also change to be 01, it means the flow number will be changed once a month. 4. Set order code opening flow number As picture displays, the opening flow number is 10, when adding new quotation, the code will be 11. The format generated by Q(YYMMDD)-[4,12/01] way will be the code like : Q141231-0011, it means the flow number will changed once a year. FAQ
